- Limit Of Entry: Limit of one Entry, per eligible person, per Website, per day during the Promotion Period.

Prizes You Can Win
- Home Prize: A charming midcentury home with a sporty twist in San Antonio, Texas, complete with beautiful furnishings inside and out. ARV of $951,116.24.
- Vehicle Prize: A 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC Plug-In Hybrid SUV. ARV of $76,210.00.
- Cash Prize: $100,000 cash. ARV of $100,000.
- ARV of Total Grand Prize: $1,127,326.24.
- Alternative Prize: In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Smart Home 2025, the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $500,000 in cash, awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer. If Grand Prize Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize Winner will still receive the Cash Prize and the Vehicle Prize. If the Grand Prize Winner cannot take possession of the HGTV Smart Home 2025 due to a force majeure event, failure of construction, or any other reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Cash Option. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $676,210 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu of the HGTV Smart Home 2025.
Who Can Enter This Giveaway?
This Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., including territories, possessions, and commonwealths, who are 21 years of age or older as of the Promotion start date.
Employees and members of their households, whether or not related, and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of the Promotion Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies and all local sponsors are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Key Dates and Deadlines

- End Date: Promotion ends on May 23, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. ET.
- Random Drawing:Grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on approximately May 28, 2025.
- Winner Notification: Grand Prize Winner will be contacted either by phone, email, in writing, or via an “ambush style” visit by Sponsor’s representatives at the Grand Prize Winner’s home or other location between June 13, 2025 and August 15, 2025. The potential Grand Prize Winner may be filmed or otherwise recorded during such visit by Sponsor.
